Thank you for choosing Purrfect Pens to install your custom cat enclosure. We look forward to transforming your outdoor space into an area that your cats can safely enjoy.
To commence works, Purrfect Pens requires a 50% deposit of the total amount quoted. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment of the balance is required upon completion of your installation.
Owners in properties managed by an owner’s corporation are responsible for seeking approval for the installation of a cat enclosure. Tenants are also responsible for seeking permission from their landlord. Purrfect Pens can provide your owner’s corporation or landlord with general information about the visual impact of the enclosure and fixtures and fittings used.
By accepting a quote, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, Warranty and Workmanship terms, and Terms of Service. Purrfect Pens abides by Australian consumer guarantees.
In preparation for your installation we would appreciate if you could help make our workspace a safe and hygienic environment.
- Please clear away any outdoor items that may impede access, cat litter, dog faeces, and any other materials that may impact our ability to safely install your enclosure.
- For balcony enclosures in particular we ask that you clear sufficient space to allow our team (of at least two people) to place and access tools and safety equipment, and to move freely while working. If required, the team can assist in shifting large or heavy items on your balcony upon arrival.
- Please secure your pets and children while we work so that they cannot leave the yard while we are coming and going, and to ensure they maintain a safe distance from our tools and equipment.
We at Purrfect Pens pride ourselves on treating your property with respect and will make every effort to leave your finished space as clean and tidy as we found it.
